Registration is online from January 3rd to 8th.

Use our link to Sutherland Forest Grove Communibee, or if you already have a CommuniBee account just add Sutherland-Forest Grove to your communities.

Please note: there have been changes/additions to the programs listed in the newsletter please see below and check program information listed on the registration site.

 

Updates & Changes:

 

Children/Youth programs:

  • Ballet and Ballet/Jazz, time changes to 6:30-7:00 pm and 7:00-7:30 pm
  • Home Alone: Monday, January 16 at Sylvia Fedoruk School or Tuesday, March 28, 6:15-8:45 pm, $30
  • Learn to Skate (6-9yrs), time change to 12:00-12:30 pm or 12:30-1:00 pm
  • Learn to Skate (10yrs+), time change to 11:00-11:30 am

 

Updates: Adult programs

  • Aerobics – Start date January 16
  • Butts and Guts changed to Forest Grove School small gym
  • Flow Yoga changed to Forest Grove School small gym
  • Pickleball (Tuesday)- start date changed to January 17
  • Zumba with Lina (Monday) changed to Forest Grove School small gym

Winter Program Updates

Our first in-person winter registration night will be on Wednesday January 8, 2020, at St. Volodymyr School from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Our second in-person registration night is Thursday January 9, 2020, at Sutherland School from 6:30-7:30 pm.

Kids Cooking for ages 9 to 12 is Wednesdays from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Monday Zumba/Zumba Step is now just Zumba at 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm

2020 Winter Program Registration

Winter Program Registration January 2020

 

Winter program registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Many of our programs are shared with other community associations and have limited enrolment. We reserve the right to cancel any program that does not receive sufficient enrolment or have an instructor by registration night.

Our winter 2020 newsletter is out and has been delivered. If you did not receive one, please let us know.

You must be a member of the SFGCA to participate in our programs. Our membership fee is $10.00 (per individual or family) and is valid until August 31st. Please bring your membership card with you to register.

If you are not a member of the SFGCA, you will need to purchase a membership on registration night. We will honour a current membership from another community association in Saskatoon.

 

 

Late Registrations

A fee of $20.00 applies to all late registrations. Many of our programs are joint with other community associations and enrolment may be limited.

 

Program Updates

We will post any changes or updates to program times, start dates, and such on our website and our Facebook page as soon as they are available.

 

Financial Assistance

We want everyone to participate, so if you face financial hardship cost as a barrier assistance and Kidsport applications are available. To learn more, please contact us or ask a volunteer on registration night. All inquiries are confidential.

 

Refunds

We do not refund fees if you voluntarily withdraw from a program. As a result, a refund of program registration fees is only available if a program is cancelled, or you are unable to participate for medical reasons. A doctor’s letter is required. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the SFG Community Association Executive. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the program itself.
