Online Soccer Registration

 

On-line outdoor mini soccer U5, U7 and U9  registration will be open until Febrary 17, 2020 until March 16, 2020.

Online registration will not be available for Kindersoccer, please come to our in-person registration.

A community association membership is required to register.

We can only accept cheques or cash for payment, please come to our in-person registration or contact our soccer coordinator Raymond Manoach to arrange payment.

Sutherland Forest Grove outdoor mini soccer runs from May 4, 2020 to June 21, 2020. Late registration may be available for additional $20.00 fee and only if there is available space on a team.

In Person Soccer Registration

 

In person registration will be on Monday, February 24, 2020 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Forest Grove School.
We can only accept cheque or cash for payment.

 

Age Groups

 

All Kinder and U5 teams are co-ed. Kinder Soccer is administered by SFG Community Association, U5 and up administered by Saskatoon Youth Soccer.

 

  1. Kinder Soccer – Fees $40 (Born 2016)
  2. U5 Co-ed – Fees: $75 (Born 2015)
  3. U7 Boys – Fees: $85 (Born 2013/2014)
  4. U7 Girls – Fees: $85 (Born 2013/2014)
  5. U9 Boys – Fees: $95 (Born 2011/2012)
  6. U9 Girls – Fees: $95 (Born 2011/2012)
  7. U9 Development & U11 thru U19 Girls and Boys is administered by, and registration information is available from Hollandia Soccer Club
    Questions about U9 Development and U11 and up may be directed to the Hollandia Coordinator, Darcy Overland.

Our first in-person winter registration night will be on Wednesday January 8, 2020, at St. Volodymyr School from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Our second in-person registration night is Thursday January 9, 2020, at Sutherland School from 6:30-7:30 pm.

Kids Cooking for ages 9 to 12 is Wednesdays from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Monday Zumba/Zumba Step is now just Zumba at 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm

2020 Winter Program Registration

Winter Program Registration January 2020

 

Winter program registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Many of our programs are shared with other community associations and have limited enrolment. We reserve the right to cancel any program that does not receive sufficient enrolment or have an instructor by registration night.

Our winter 2020 newsletter is out and has been delivered. If you did not receive one, please let us know.

You must be a member of the SFGCA to participate in our programs. Our membership fee is $10.00 (per individual or family) and is valid until August 31st. Please bring your membership card with you to register.

If you are not a member of the SFGCA, you will need to purchase a membership on registration night. We will honour a current membership from another community association in Saskatoon.

 

 

Late Registrations

A fee of $20.00 applies to all late registrations. Many of our programs are joint with other community associations and enrolment may be limited.

We will post any changes or updates to program times, start dates, and such on our website and our Facebook page as soon as they are available.

 

Financial Assistance

We want everyone to participate, so if you face financial hardship cost as a barrier assistance and Kidsport applications are available. To learn more, please contact us or ask a volunteer on registration night. All inquiries are confidential.

 

Refunds

We do not refund fees if you voluntarily withdraw from a program. As a result, a refund of program registration fees is only available if a program is cancelled, or you are unable to participate for medical reasons. A doctor’s letter is required. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the SFG Community Association Executive. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the program itself.
